This 4-hour, facilitated training gives frontline health care workers the opportunity to learn about ways to become a leader in the healthcare field.
Participants will also become familiar with New Mexico’s first non-medical home care cooperative, and how they might leverage their gained knowledge in leadership skills to further their careers in the frontline healthcare field. CHW CEUs approved by DOH-OCHW.
