CAREGIVERS REGISTRY
NMDCC accepts listings through its Caregiver Registry from individual caregivers and agencies seeking to market their skills to care recipients. This service is designed to connect caregivers with agencies and care recipients seeking trained, qualified workers. Visit CAREGIVERS REGISTRY.
ABOUT THE COALITION
The New Mexico Direct Caregivers Coalition is a statewide 501(c)6 organization created to promote the voice of family and professional caregivers and those they serve. We advocate for direct care workers' education, training, benefits, wages and professional development. Support our work by getting involved in this and other dialogues of NMDCC.

JOIN US IN ABQ FOR FINAL"LISTENING TO CAREGIVERS" SESSION
Members of New Mexico Senate Joint Memorial (SJM) 6 Task Force want to hear from family and wage-earning, professional caregivers.
SJM 6 Task Force has been tasked with making recommendations to the state legislature on how to better improve the quality of direct care jobs. Your state Senator and Representatives will be asked to attend to hear about direct care issues important to you.
We want to hear from ALL family and wage-earning professionals in the area. ALL are welcome, especially:
- Frontline Healthcare Workers
- Direct Support Staff
- Community Health Workers
- Family Members and Caregivers
- Care Recipients and Consumers
Join us August 16, 2018 in Albuquerque:
- Session #1: 11:30am-1:00pm
- Session #2: 3:30pm-4:30pm

Miembros de Nuevo Mexico y Senado Memorial (SJM) 6 se unieron a la tasea de hacer efectivo y oír, de familias, por el pago obtenido por los profecionales en el cuidado de personas.
SJM 6 se a unida a la hacer recomendaciones a la ligeslatura del estado, en como mejorar la calidad de los trbajos de cuidado. El Senador del Estado y Represente, les invitar a que atiendar a escuchar a serca del cuidado directo y hacer preguntas importantes para tú.
Queremos oír de todas las familias asalalariadas, professionales en el area. Todos estan bienvenidos, especialmente:
- trabajadores en cuidado de la salud
- suporte directo de personal
- promotoras
- familias y miembros de cuidadores
- cuidadores y consumidores

"KNOW YOUR RIGHTS" EVENT
Working parents, join us on Thursday, August 31, 2018 for our "Know Your Rights" event from 5:30pm-7:30pm at La Mesa Presbyterian Church, 7401 Copper Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. Learn about Fair Labor Standards Act and your rights as a worker. Refreshments will be provided. Register here
