“Medicare Overview & Tips to Prevent Healthcare Fraud" will be presented by Samantha Morales, Director of New Mexico Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) Program of the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC). Samantha is an experienced advocate and Medicare expert.
In this training, you will learn about the basic structure of the Medicare program, how Medicare works and receive tips to prevent, detect, and report Medicare fraud. Depending on the number of Native American pre-registrants for this course, Samantha will discuss how Medicare works with the Indian Health Care System (IHS).
