New Mexico Caregivers Coalition is incubating the first home care cooperative in the Rocky Mountain region. 2019 is the first year of operations and the future looks promising. Caregiver hourly pay rates are higher than the statewide average. Client pay rates are the same or a little lower than the statewide average. And, best of all, the caregivers who are Member-Owners will share in the successes of the company, assuming it continues to thrive.
