NMCC is sharing the following information on “Powerful Tools for Caregivers” on behalf of the Family Caregiver Center of New Mexico. Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a FREE six-week educational program designed to help family caregivers. You will learn how to take care of yourself while caring for a relative or friend, wherever they live:

NMCC is offering free training on how to become a respite care provider!  This training will teach you the skills required for becoming a paid or volunteer respite care provider in New Mexico. You’ll learn everything you need to know about working with people with disabilities of all ages and their families.  No experience is necessary—anyone can learn! This FREE online training
